Customer Service RESIDENTIAL BILLING INFORMATION GHID - has a two month billing cycle. A minimum bill of $61.00 is sent every other month. Of the $61.00, $29.00 is for water and $32.00 is for sewer. Any usage over the 20,000 gallons is billed at $1.45 per 1,000 gallons.
EQUAL PAY An equal payment plan is available for convenience. The equal pay amount is based on how much water was used/consumed during the previous year. Customers are invited to sign for equal pay during the months of January and February. The equal pay amount will be recalculated every year and will either increase or decrease in January. This amount will be changed without notification to our customers. Just call customer service at (801)968-3551 or Email us at billing@ghid.org. During those winter months, we will be glad to send an authorization letter for sign up.
DIRECT PAY Granger-Hunter offers two direct payment plans. The first plan is available online and allows payments to be made using credit card or electronic checks. The second plan requires an authorization form to be filled out allowing Granger-Hunter to take payments directly out of a checking or savings account.
