Visit our office at 2888 South 3600 West during normal business hours: Monday - Thursday 8am to 6pm.
The following items are required when signing for service;
A copy of the Deed of Trust or Warranty Deed (the name on the Deed must be person signing for service).
Government issued ID.
NOTE: If the property was purchased in a business name, please provide a copy of the Articles of Incorporation showing you are an authorized signing agent, along with the Deed and Government issued ID.
