To improve communication regarding the status of your GHID account, we would like updated contact information to help avoid future disruption of service.
A $20.00 fee is charged to your account when a Meter Tech is sent to your home for non-payment. If the water is shut off, the fee is $50.00. To avoid this, we send an automated phone call or text message as a reminder to pay your bill or make arrangements prior to shut off.
If your contact information is not currently correct, we will waive the $20.00 fee if you provide us with updated information and pay your total balance TODAY.
