Prior to Final Acceptance of the project, the applicant must submit a digital copy of field verified As-Built Plans in PDF and DWG format spatially referenced to NAD 1983 State Plane Utah Central FIPS 4302 (feet) and tied to the nearest existing Salt Lake County benchmark monument. Digital As-Built Plans shall have separate layers for culinary waterlines, culinary water services, fire lines, fire hydrants, valves, sanitary sewer lines, sanitary sewer manholes, sanitary sewer laterals, sanitary sewer clean-outs, and pretreatment infrastructure.
